The agreement between you and rendrOS. Plainly written. No surprise clauses. You own your content; we provide the platform.

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rendrOS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use rendrOS.

Intellectual property

Your content stays yours. You retain all rights, title, and interest in the renders, comments, projects, and assets you upload. You grant rendrOS a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the service.

The rendrOS platform, brand, code, designs, and documentation are owned by rendrOS Ltd. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service per these Terms.

Fees & billing

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. A full refund is available within 7 days of your first payment; after that, all sales are final. See the full Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rendrOS's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold rendrOS harmless from any claim arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to the service or terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For UAE-domiciled customers, disputes may also be brought before the DIFC Courts. Venue and jurisdiction are determined by the customer's country of registration.
